Job description 
Job Scopes
Day to day chartering of ships and cargoes with experience in voyage and time chartering from mini bunker to supermax.
Expanding break bulk business with experience in China or Far East to Middle East, Africa, Mediterranean, South America etc
Assessing new business opportunities including contract of affreigtment / fixing in period tonnage
Maintaining and improving business relationships with customers and partners
Negotiate charter party terms and conditions to suit company's standards
Work closely with traders and attend to their queries
Provide timely and accurate shipping information, voyage calculations to trading teams to facilitate smooth trading activities
Provide advise on commercial matters affecting operations and demurrage risk exposure
Build company strategies and come up with marketing plans that cater to the current market trend

Job Requirements
At least 5 years experiences in Break Bulk and Parcel Cargo chartering
Bachelor's Degree and above in Marine Navigation / Maritime Business etc
Chinese with fluent English in written and spoken
Good operational, accurate analytical and negotiation skills are essential
Reliable and flexible team player with a positive attitude
Good communicator
Market knowledge of steel product / equipment / parcel cargo with experience in China and Far east are vital
Self Motivated and good team leader
Willing to work in Singapore
