Hengli Group of China will receive its first cargo of crude oil from Saudi Arabia during July this year. Hengli Group is preparing for the trail run of a new refinery in October. This refinery is located in the northeastern port city of Dalian. The first cargo of two million spot barrels will be loaded in June.
