CRM Consultant - Bunker Holding Group - Middelfart, Denmark

Business oriented CRM Specialist with deep technical understanding

In this role, you have the chance of being a central part of Bunker Holding Group’s new and exciting ERP journey and an instrumental part of implementing CRM in the business as well as our system landscape. The CRM roadmap consists of several large-scale projects whereof one is already running.   

You will be working in a team consisting of 3 Navision consultants and an additional CRM consultant, and you will be reporting to our Application & ERP Manager. In addition to the team you will be working with external CRM consultants to complete the tasks at hand.  

The position is full time and based at the Group HQ in Middelfart, Denmark.

Areas of responsibilities:

Gathering functional and technical requirements
Technical analysis and design
Installation, configuration and coding
Frontend scripting and development
Backend development (custom web sites, CRM plugins and workflows)
Understanding of report design and creation
End user & administrator training
Data Import and Integration Design & Development
 
Technologies:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
Office 365
C#, Javascript, XSLT, TSQL, SSIS, .NET
 
Functional competencies:

You have minimum 5 years of experience with CRM and working knowledge of CRM Online. You understand agile development methods and preferably have working knowledge of same. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of processes and excels in combining best practice technical design and development with business focus and priorities.

Personal competencies:

As a person, you are thorough, follow through and have an eye for details. You are comfortable working both as part of a team and as an individual. You have good situational awareness and can make the right decision at the right time. 

Some travel activity will occur.
