Job Responsibilities

  • Accountable for issuance of freight, demurrage and various claims and within targeted time frame as per the CP and ensure all are adherent to time bar datelines and to maintain collection of issued invoices for all vessels traded in the pacific region to improve AET cash flow
  • Maintain and follow through the post fixture checklist promptly and accurately to ensure all Charter Parties (CP) are fulfilled to Charterers satisfaction and AET requirements
  • Ensure that TCI invoices are processed on time to avoid disruption to vessel operation / performance
  • Assit Postfix Manager for month end closing process through voyage accuracy verification and posting of accruals

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Maritime or related field
  • 2-3 years experience as demurrage analyst in the Maritime Industry
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Attention to details
  • Good time management
  • Good team player
  • Charter party provisions
  • Good negotiation skills for claims related matters with clients
