Job Description
Our client is a leading international shipping group who have an exciting opportunity as LNG Technical Specialists to be part of their team based in South Korea/China.
Responsible for overseeing the dry dock projects for their LNG fleet, you will work with the technical team, management company, ship repair yard, classification society and suppliers.

The right candidate is a Naval Architect or Marine Engineer who has sailed on board vessels and must have a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience and a proven track record in handling complex dry docking projects in a South Korean/Chinese shipyards.

You must also possess strong business acumen and be able to make critical decisions. With good knowledge of working on second hand ships, production methods and applicable rules and regulations, you will need to have strong negotiation skills and prior experience in managing a team of Technical Experts.

Excellent communication skills in English is essential & willingness to stay in Korea/China. Expatriate package will be provided for the right candidate.
