Egyptian Refining Co (ERC), a new oil refinery near Cairo, Egypt will start its operation by the end of 2018 after completion of the test run during the third quarter of this year. Egyptian Refining Co (ERC) is a joint venture between Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) and Arab Refining Company. Founded in 1956 Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) is headquartered at Cairo, Egypt.
