According to one of the representatives Petronet LNG Ltd of India, the company wants to partner with ONGC Videsh Ltd (OVL) in order to pick up stake in the future exploration and liquefied natural gas (LNG) project in Qatar. ONGC Videsh Ltd (OVL) was founded in 1965. Founded in 1998, Petronet LNG Ltd., is headquartered at New Delhi, India.
