24MAY2018 - NEWS - Oil prices fell on Thursday due to expectations that OPEC members would increase production

With supply worries from Venezuela and Iran, OPEC members are expected to increase the production. Due to this the oil prices fell on Thursday. U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures were down by around nine cents and the Brent futures were down by around 14 cents from their previous settlement values. Brent crude is still near $80 per barrel level.
