Brazil, Germany, Poland - Corpus Christi (Religious Holidays)
The Feast of Corpus Christi, also referred to as Corpus Domini, is a Latin Catholic movable feast celebrated on Thursday after Trinity Sunday (sixty days after Easter). It is observed as a public holiday in some countries.
Corpus Christi celebrates the tradition and belief in the body and blood of Jesus Christ and his Real Presence in the Eucharist. This feast is included in the liturgical calendar of the Latin Catholic Church, some other Catholic churches, a few Anglican and Western Rite Orthodox churches. It was removed from the calendars of the Lutheran Church at some point, but some Lutheran congregations still celebrate it.
