21JUN2018 - NEWS - Port of Cork of Ireland initiates development of container terminal

The Port of Cork which is the main port serving the South of Ireland region, has recently started the construction of its cargo handling terminal in Ringaskiddy, Ireland. This work which is started with an investment of €80m is expected to help port's current and future container shipping activities by installing modern and efficient cargo handling equipment, as well as innovative terminal operating and vehicle booking systems.
