17JUL2018 - NEWS - French oil major Total SA completes acquisition of Engie’s upstream LNG assets

France based multinational oil and gas company, Total SA has recently completed the acquisition of French utility Engie’s upstream liquefied natural gas (LNG) assets. The purchased assets inclues - interests in the Cameron LNG project in the US, long-term LNG sales and purchase agreements, an LNG tanker fleet as well as access to regasification capacities in Europe.
