Congo Terminal has recently signed a licensing deal with Navis to replace its current terminal operating system (TOS) with the N4 TOS. This upgrade is expected to reduce the turn around time for shipping lines visiting the terminal as well as it is expected to reduce the operating cost. With this upgrade Congo Terminal will remain competitive in the market.
