Sing Fuels has recently appointed Victor Huang as Senior Bunker Trader with immediate effect. He will be stationed in Taipei and his primary job scope is to focus on market expansion in the Asian region. Victor Huang is graduated with a Law Degree in Taiwan and have more than 20 years of experience in shipping.
