JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare bunker schedule and arrange bunker operations
• Manage bunker and terminal operations
• Liaise with customers, shipping agents and terminal operators
• Control loading, barge operations and physical stock movements
• Manage vessel operations, cargo stowage planning and demurrage calculations
• Monitor stock tank balances and ensure that cargo loading and barge delivery schedules are met
• Maintain and update systems and databases
• Monitor Port Movements, update bunker ops module and bunker process, bunker delivery and position list
• Scheduling and programming of barges to maximize utilization

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)
• At least 3 - 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experienced in planning and scheduling of bunker barges
• Need to work weekends and odd hours as and when required
• Good Communication Skills - Spoken and Written English
• Ability to work under pressure
• Salary Range:
• Commensurate based on qualifications & experience
