Taiwan based owner Hsin Chien Marine has recently placed an order at Japan’s Shikoku Dockyard for the construction of three handymax bulk carriers. The vessels are scheduled to be delivered during 2019 and 2020. Hsin Chien currently operates a fleet of 28 bulkers and has another eight newbuildings on order.
