13SEP2018 - NEWS - Associated British Ports initiates second phase of expansion at Port of Immingham

Associated British Ports (ABP) has recently begun the second phase of expansion for two of its major operations at the Port of Immingham. As a part of this expansion project, ABP is expected to invest £36m in the container terminal at Immingham, and a further £2.8m to expand the existing land and services to support customer operations within the port. After the completion of the expansion work it is estimated to support around 50% of additional growth in terms of volumes at the port by 2020.
