Ports America has recently upgraded the terminal operation system (TOS) of its Napoleon Container Terminal in New Orleans, Louisiana, US, by implementing a Navis N4 system. The new TOS will provide improved services to the terminal customers and keep pace with innovations in the field of terminal technology. The upgrade will also allow Napoleon Container Terminal users to get access to Ports America TOS Web Portal, which interfaces with the Navis N4 system to provide real-time information on the customer’s cargo right from their arrival to departure.
