31DEC2018 - NEWS - Taizhou Kouan Shipbuilding signs ship building contracts with Shanghai Ganglu Shipping

Shanghai Ganglu Shipping has recently signed ship building contracts with China based ship building company Taizhou Kouan Shipbuilding for the construction of two dry bulk carriers. The bulk carriers will be classified by China Classification Society (CCS).
