Fifteen people were injured in a collision between a general cargo ship and a wind farm support vessel off Sassnitz, Germany, on February 19. The World Bora is designed to transfer workers and cargo to and from offshore wind farms. The Cyprus-flagged singledecker Raba and the Denmark-flagged crew boat World Bora collided at around 7:30 a.m. (local time) on Tuesday. Following the incident, both ships reached the ports of Mukran and Sassnitz on Rügen Island with their own power. Both ships were damaged in the collision, however, no pollution was detected.
