NAVAHO anchor chain entangled with bulk carrier OXANA V propeller at Zeytinburu Anchorage, Istanbul, Marmara sea. Accident occurred late at night Feb 25. As of 0500 UTC Feb 26 both ships, according to tracks, remained entangled, with tug, service and patrol boats nearby.
