Job purpose
To procure competitive bunkers, manage the day to day operations and drive financial performance within the Sourcing centre. Manage the procurement and delivery of bunkers to our customers to deliver value to the Group. 

Job Responsibilities
• Build effective relationships with suppliers (including traders and operators)
• Negotiate and conclude purchase agreements with suppliers
• Oversee the scheduling, delivery and post-delivery settlement of all stem deliveries
• Ensure the timely and accurate capture of trading related information is reported in the trading systems or reported to managements
• Support senior traders / management in the development of supplier relationships and trading and operations related risks
• Promote the sourcing centre internally with colleagues
• Collect, analyse and negotiate prices with suppliers in the assigned markets (China & HK)
• Negotiate contracts and tenders in close cooperation with the Regional Sales Manager.
• Ensure all pricing and operational risks are proactively managed
• Manage the documentation flow to suppliers and internal customers for deliveries
• Provide input to market trends and competitor activities to enhance our market awareness and support business development initiatives

Job Requirements
• Degree in any discipline with relevant experience.
• 4 years in the Bunker Trading Industry.
• Good knowledge of shipping industry and bunker supply market in Asian ports preferred\
• Strong presentation and analytical skills
• High level of drive and commercial acumen
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills 
• Able to work in a fast-paced and cross-cultural environment.
• Resourceful and constantly updated with the market insights for the team.
