In leading the global IT frontline support function, you support the business by ensuring that there is a competent team that maintains a strong operational backbone.

Job description
The IT Support team leader is responsible for the overall performance and wellbeing of the group’s IT Support team, equipping the team with relevant skills and knowledge and making sure the IT Supporters are well-informed about the products and procedures of the various business units. Besides this, you will actively participate in the day-to-day work in the helpdesk yourself.
Our IT Support team is represented in all major time zones and runs an in-house IT hotline 24 hours a day.
You will be responsible for and take on a hands-on approach in the daily operations of the following:

Areas of focus
Lead the IT Frontline Support team, including supporters located abroad 
In charge of helpdesk and form an integral role in the daily operations
Responsible for the mentoring, development and administration of IT trainees
Responsible for general PC maintenance and patch level
Responsible for purchase, maintenance and stocktaking of end-user products
Responsible for an always updated assets and inventory
Approver on purchases made in Monjasa companies.
In charge of full documentation on all responsible areas

The ideal candidate - professional skills
Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT supporter and 2 years as leader 
Experience with O365, AD, Citrix, DFS and basic server management
Knowledge of Azure, networks, SCCM, VMware and Hyper-V
Fluent in English and Danish oral and written
